I've tried it and had really good luck with it. The only other brand I've tried is Now creatine..its a newer company I'm pretty sure. I could be wrong though. I've had NOTHING good come from it. ON creatine actually helped me out as far as gaining strength/lil bit of water size. The NOW brand is a waste.
