Unless your training is extremely intense or have digestive or immune system issues, then you probably won't benefit much if at all from Glutamine unless you fit the profile of one who would benefit from its use.

Supplemental glutamine does have a beneficial role in gastrointestinal disorders (and general gut health) and immune function.

Regardless, you need to take a look at your training and recovery abilities, and honestly ask yourself "am I really placing an extreme amount of exercise stress on myself - training with high intensity and high volume".

If yes, then Glutamine / Glutamine Peptides may be for you.

What else are putting into your stack? FYI, 3 ON shakes a day isn't going to do it. Besides busting your ass in the gym, your going to need to work twice as hard on your diet!

If you knew you were going to be in the fight of your life today, would you have trained harder yesterday?

Isaiah 6:8 - Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, Whom shall I send? And who will go for us? And I said, Here am I. Send me!

John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing.

Glutamine - probably not - see my previous answer - "Unless your training is extremely intense or have digestive or immune system issues, then you probably won't benefit much if at all from Glutamine"

BCAA's - possibly depending on your goals, training, and caloric state.

And remember, food contains those amino acids too.
